The selected individuals will serve as the crew leader who will report directly to our company’s building coordinator and will be responsible for assembling a 2-3 man team to assist with construction. The lead team member will be offered a base salary with opportunity to earn significantly more based on our percentage structure. He will be responsible for recruiting, maintaining and paying his crew members out of his override percentage money. Experience in installation of metal buildings is preferred but we will offer training to the right individuals. The ability to travel from 2-4 nights a week when required is a must for this position. Good communication skills are necessary as you will be expected to not only provide customer satisfaction but you will be working in close contact with our installer coordinator.
The company will provide all necessary equipment and tools as well as the truck and trailers to outfit a crew. We will pay for all expenses on the job with the exception of food.
Independent Contractor Option #2
If you currently have your own truck, tools/equipment and experience we will supply the trailers and we offer a separate compensation plan for those individuals. Under this compensation plan you will provide your own truck and all tools and equipment needed. The successful applicants will possess the needed skills to communicate effectively with our customers and employees, produce quality results, and work with minimum supervision. You must be able to travel 2-4 nights per week when required. We understand that driving back and forth from the factory means downtime and loss of income. We will supply fully loaded trailers with buildings ready to be installed that will be delivered to you if outside a certain radius from the factory. Our average dollar volume per building is over 2 times the industry average.

Becoming a dealer of metal buildings, carports, garages, metal barns and other structures is a good way to either earn some extra money on the side of an existing retail or online business, or as a full-time job. Carport dealers can have a physical location from which they sell, or can be completely "virtual" (online). Either way, the customer service and support dealers provide helps ensure a good experience from start to finish.
The assembly and construction of metal buildings requires a hardworking team. If you are interested in a lucrative, high-paced job that keeps you outdoors, this may be the right job for you! Positions are available for entire crews (you provide the truck and gear), or for individuals who wish to join a crew but don't have the truck or gear.
